Aleesha young has firmly made her mark in the competitive bodybuilding industry as one of the best females. Aleesha was born into an extended family of athletes. Her siblings also played sports, such as hockey and ice skating. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding when she was fifteen. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha when she was the winner of the NPC USA Championships. However, she began competing in 2008. In 2014, she participated in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016, in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has been steadily growing and in 2019 she took home her first ever pro title: at the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance in the WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. The "World's strongest mom" has taken a health break.
